中新网南宁11月29日电 (陈沿佑)广西深入落实河湖长制工作新闻发布会29日在南宁举行。广西壮族自治区河长制办公室专职副主任谭德伦在会上介绍，广西建立河湖健康档案，滚动实施“一河(湖)一策”。在全区范围内推进水岸共治，因地制宜打造100条(段)幸福河湖，使越来越多河湖呈现水清岸绿、河畅景美的景象。
在河湖库“四乱”问题整治方面，广西充分发挥河湖长制制度优势，纵深推进河湖库“清四乱”如影随形，全面排查306座大中型水库，复核2.3万余个遥感图斑，清理整治“四乱”问题1500个。推进河湖智慧监管，综合运用卫星遥感、无人机、视频监控等方式加强河湖库巡查管理，建设茅岭江“智慧河长”数字监控系统。在西江干流组织开展安全保护、非法码头整治、渔政亮剑等一系列河湖保护专项行动如影随形，排查问题线索1125条，查处违法违规案件654件。
